# Napply AI

> Napply AI is an AI job-applying agent. It applies to LinkedIn jobs on a job
> seeker's behalf: it searches for roles matching their filters, attaches their resume,

## What it does

- Applies to LinkedIn jobs daily, up to the platform's own limit (about 20/day)
- Attaches the user's uploaded resume to every application, replacing LinkedIn's pre-selected file
- Answers screening questions (years of experience, work authorization, sponsorship, salary,
  relocation, education, EEO) from a stored profile, falling back to the resume for unusual questions
- Records an application only when LinkedIn's own "Application sent" confirmation is observed for
  that job, keyed to the LinkedIn job id, so counts cannot be inflated by retries or duplicates
- Logs skipped roles with a reason (external apply link, already applied, excluded title)
- Runs on a schedule on Napply AI's servers; the user's machine does not need to be on

## How the LinkedIn connection works

- The user signs in on LinkedIn's own page inside a hosted browser session. Napply AI stores the
  resulting session, never the password.
- Agent runs use a real logged-in Chrome browser on a residential connection, not private APIs.
- Sessions are checked before every run; an expired session pauses the agent and prompts a reconnect
  rather than burning a run.

## Limits worth stating plainly

- LinkedIn stops accepting one-click applications after roughly 20 in a day. Claims of hundreds of
  daily applications are counting attempts, not confirmed submissions.
- Automating LinkedIn carries account risk. Napply AI reduces it (real browser, human pacing, daily
  cap, full audit log) but does not eliminate it.
- With two-factor authentication enabled, LinkedIn issues shorter-lived sessions, so occasional
  re-authentication is expected.
